The writing is on the wall

Two great quotes from Thomas Jefferson that are like writing on the wall.

When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

Do you think the government fears us?

Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day. But a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers (administrations), too plainly proves a deliberate systematic plan of reducing us to slavery.

Let that ruminate in your minds for a few seconds.

And here my friends is a bonus brain bender from Henry Ford:
It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.

Yes friends now remind yourself who controls the money in this country. Ah, the Federal Reserve, which is neither a Federal organization nor a Reserve. Did you know that the Federal Reserve is a private organization that prints our money (which itself is illegal under the Constitution) and that we pay interest on every dollar they print.

Those are your things to think about today.
